Partnering with families to raise a generation for Christ

Welcome to Children’s Ministry at Calvin!

We are committed to partnering with you in showing the love of Christ to children ranging from infants through grade 5. We seek to engage our kids with the Gospel in fun and age-appropriate ways.

Sunday Morning

10 am

During the school year, children ages 0 to 2 are invited to play in the nursery; children ages 3 to 5th grade begin worship in the Sanctuary with their families. After the children’s message, children will be dismissed to their Sunday School classrooms. All volunteers who work with minors at Calvin on Sundays have been background checked. After the service in the Sanctuary ends, parents/guardians pick up their children in the Children’s Ministry Wing.

First Wednesday of the Month

5:30–7 pm

All ages are invited to be a part of Messy Church in the Activity Center during the school year (October through June). There will be crafts, activities, story, song, and supper. Click here to learn more about Messy Church.

Milestones of Faith

As a church, we have created a rhythm through nine rites of passage we call milestones. Milestones are a tangible expression of a child’s spiritual maturity and an important way for us as a church to recognize, celebrate, commission, and make commitments with one another.
