Kirsty Haining

Kirsty has strong administrative and organizational skills along with a customer service background and extensive software knowledge, all paired with a deep faith in Christ. Before coming to Calvin, Kirsty worked most recently in a variety of positions at Bellevue College. In her free time, Kirsty is an avid reader and enjoys researching her family history. She is also working on creating an online devotional that takes readers through the Bible in a year.

The Support Ministries Director role is a new position created by the Session in July 2021 to manage the business affairs of the church. The scope of responsibility touches all ministry support functions: administration, operations, human resources, communications, finance, and facilities and hospitality. The position supervises support ministry employees, volunteers, and contracted staff, and also establishes reliable vendor relationships for efficient operations.
